Noel, The PHC 'US2' rim may be very similar to the rim of your Bach 11.
If so, you could use one of the smaller PHC cups such as the 21A, 20A or 20AX, with a US2 rim.
I will try to find out the rim dimensions of a Bach 11 and get back to you with any further comments.
