They will work. Depending on the model and vintage of the concerned Alexander, they might need a little work on the back if the taper is narrow. There are some rather ancient german horns they would not fit but in this case no brand would fit them except these Alexander mouthpieces that have a quite large diameter at the end. On the other hand, the original -made in Mainz, Germany- Alex mouthpieces will need a little work for most of horns including some Alex horns that were made with a narrow taper. Mine for instance which were made a mere 50 years ago and which valves still work great.
