Of course the information you give is correct, Lucy. However - and pardon me for saying so - I feel you may have missed Graham's point. He (and I) would welcome some information on the manufacturing process and the materials used in the new Z cups, which, as far as I am aware, PHC has not so far given. It seems that these aspects are crucial to the way the new mouthpieces perform.
