Dear Jeff,
Sorry but I am not familiar with the Stork 'Orval' no.5 mouthpiece ( I assume you do mean Orval as in Francis Orval?). The most constructive suggestion I can make is for you to check out the dimensions of the #5 on Stork's web site, or get a good repairman/craftsman to measure your mouthpiece; (rim diameter, cup depth, internal diameter, bore size and backbore taper,) such things as the rim contour and internal bite are much more difficult to make objective measurements, and depend more on 'feel'.
When you have got as much relevant data as possible, check out the dimensions of the PHC mouthpieces on our heading
'Range & Technical Data' in order to see which combination of cup and rim would be the closest match.
You can try our mouthpieces in the USA via 'Osmun' (see the Osmun web site).
What little I have heard about the Orval range of mouthpieces is that they are quite small, so it's possible that the PHC combinations which compare will be
Rims: US1 or US2, or maybe AN or AS;
Cups: 21A, 22A or 23A.
Good luck!
