need urgent help

OK I don't know if this goes in this forum but help would be much appreciated. I kinda broke my little finger on my left hand yesterday and have got it strapped tomy forth finger to "keep it straight" the problem is that I have a concert with camden youth orchestra on sunday and I need advice on holding my horn up staight. I was thinking of strapping the hook for that finger to my neck with a sax sling. has anyone got any better ideas
