both upper and lower lip swell, always happens in the morning,at least once a month or more, have not changed eating habits, before i did have a problem with hives but i had to change cleaning detergents and solved that problem, this is very frustrating, can you please help...i will follow your directions by writing what i eat down on paper and pay attention to food labels for ingredients, thank you in advance
