In my experience, the only way to learn to play up there is to play up there. Sounds obvious but you need to work out what has to go where to achieve these notes and then groove it.
Its not a case of squeezing everything as tightly as poss, although a fair amount of lip tension is required, presing as hard as you can or closing off your throat. You simply need to extend your range by playing upwards by doing what you already do in small increments so that you can stay open and relaxed.
Things to think about are a good firm chin and small fast flowing airstream with a nice small but not tight or crushed aperture. How easy can it be ;-) Good luck. Oh and for high playing as you described consider geting a smaller mouthpiece
