Tut tut, o dear, it does seem that some horn players are illiterate dunces: What or who is an 'impartiality chap'?
Is the 'ity' redundant, as in e.g. an 'impartial chap'?
Furthermore, how is it that a person who gives such preposterous answers to some very valid questions can be so coy about the word 'a###'?
